This week, City People brings to you 10 new developers who are young but are gradually making big impact in the sector.
These 10 property developers are relatively new in the sector when you compare them to other real estate players. But they aren’t just new, many of them have been carrying out remarkable projects that have become talk of the town.
Below are some of the developers to watch out for in 2024.
TOMIWA FAYOSE
Tomiwa Fayose is a young real estate player. He’s the Managing Director of Furtail Property, one of the outstanding real estate firms that supply the housing needs of the South-West regions and beyond. The company has property in almost all the South West states and beyond.
The company has nothing less than 2000 acres of land each in Ogun, Oyo, Ondo, Ekiti and even Edo State. The vision is to serve the south west and also provide affordable homes to them.
Tomiwa Fayose, who recently told City People that he ventured into real estate to make housing affordable to people. And he said he would have found himself in the legal profession if it wasn’t real estate.
Presently, he’s one of the most outstanding real estate players to look out for in 2024 because he has a lot to deliver and offer in the coming months.
FEMI AUSTINE
Femi Austine is presently the Managing Director of Landbrick Property Investment, a real estate firm he founded a few years ago when he left DPKAY Homes as General Manager of the real estate firm. He founded his firm with the passion to improve the sector and also provide good and affordable homes.
He’s the owner of Lagos Country Homes estate that’s gaining a lot attention, as many investors flood his office to make enquires.
Apart from the remarkable project, he has other amazing products in the market that are affordable. Two years back, this young property developer was honoured. His company Landbrick Property Investment, won the best run real estate firm of the year. He is one of those to watch this year because of his other remarkable products that will soon hit the market.
CHRIS ABIODUN
Mr Chris Abiodun, is the young man making waves in Lekki/Ajah axis. He is the MD/CEO of Christal Homes, a reputable real estate company based in Lagos.
Christal Homes, is a group of real estate professionals who specialize in the marketing, leasing, and sales of new plots of land and properties as well as the resale of luxury homes.
Mr. Abiodun, has become one of the household names in the sector.
Presently, this property player is one of the top players in Ibeju-Lekki/Ajah axis because of his newly launched projects.
ABIODUN ODUTAYO
Mr Abiodun Odutayo is another young man making impact in real estate. This young man builds luxury houses for the rich. He has built lots of houses in Agungi and Osapa axis. Abiodun Odutayo, is the CEO of Hagar Realty & Appraisal Services Ltd. and is one of the active property developers in Lagos. He’s young, innovative and stylish. Most of his housing projects are fully luxurious and innovative. He builds in the high brow areas of Lagos where the rich and celebrities live.
RAMOS ADEYINKA
35-year-old Ramos Adeyinka, is the Chief Executive Officer of Ramos Lagos Realty, a company established as a luxury real estate marketing firm. The company was launched as a traditional real estate marketing agency, with the model of marketing and sales of developed and yet-to-be-developed properties.
When Ramos started, he did a little research and found out that there’s a particular way people market which is through flyers, putting people together to talk to them about real estate. He is known for using social media channels like Instagram, Facebook and youtube to sell his properties.
Today, he’s very popular among celebrities and his unique products stand him out among others in the real estate sector.
OLUMAYOWA OLURISHE

He is a licensed Builder, and a corporate member of the Nigerian Institute of Building. He is also a member of several professional bodies like the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria.
Member, Association of Nigeria Geographers. Member, Onshore, Offshore Oil and Gas professionals to mention a few.
He has over 15 years of experience with so many construction and survey projects to his credit.
LUKMAN SHOBOWALE
Shobowale is a seasoned Realtor, Business Magnate, Author, and an award-winning Leader with a track record of excellence.
An alumnus of the prestigious University of Ilorin, a Business Executive from Lagos Business School and Rome Business School who ventured into the real estate market half-decade ago, has amassed appreciable wealth in the industry.
He is the co-founder and head of business of Dukiya Investments in Lekki that has tentacles for brokerage across 3 continents, and with 7 developed estates and more in progress.
BAYO LAWAL
Bayo Lawal, (born 13th October, 1993), is an Entrepreneur, Author, seasoned Realtor, and an award-winning Leader who has inspired many to excellence via his leadership events.
He obtained his first degree from Kwara State University, Malate, where he studied Political Science.
