Despite announcing an illness that will keep him away from performances in coming weeks, Tekno blesses us with a new track titled Be on which he stays true to the catchiness that made tracks like Pana, Rara and Yawa what they were.
He also continues to show how much of a hopeless romantic he is as he makes it clear to his lover that he can morph into anything and anyone just for her. On Be, Slim Daddy revisits tracks and lingo from 2 Baba, Wizkid and D’Banj and delivers an effort that will certainly keep him in conversation while Sarz again delivers a slow tempo track reminiscent of Come Closer and contrasting the normal heavy bass and fast tempo beats that we are more familiar with from him.
Furthermore, Be comes as a bit of a surprise to many taking into consideration that Tekno has been promoting an effort titled, Go which some had come to expect shall serve as his debut effort under Colombia Records.
