It was a classy 51st Birthday party with a difference.It had all the Glitz and Glamour.The celebrant,an accomplished woman of Class and Finesse had a picture of how she wanted to celebrate her birthday and she actualised it.
No wonder it turned out to be a well planned party,that was well co ordinated,all in honour of Dr.Olubusola Oluwaferanmi held last Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at the Banquet Hall of the Lagos Sheraton Hotel,Ikeja.The Hall was full to the brim with high quality guests drawn from all the sectors of society.
Popularly called Dr.O ,this US Based Life Coach attracted a lot of dignitaries who came to honour her with their presence.It was a classy 3-in-1 party,that was filled with a lot of soul lifting Gospel tunes.
It was an event that took several weeks to plan.Many celebrities began to arrive for the party as from 6pm,as stated in the invite and within a few minutes the carpark of Lagos Sheraton had become jam-packed with exotic cars,as dignitaries walked in,unto the green carpet, with celebrant’s lovely photos as backdrop.
The event was the celebration of her 50+1birthday,the launching of her 105 paged inspiring book titled:Unmasking the Soul:Steps To Freedom & Healing From Domestic Abuse, plus the introduction of her new herbal drug,Fer Fis Immuno Booster,which is a rich formulation of selected antioxidants herbs that helps boosts immunity.It was manufactured and distributed by her company,FerFis Holistic Wellness,in Lagos.
What made many celebrities stay on from 6pm till 11pm,dancing to various Gospel artistes and ending with Laolu Gbenjo’s Alujo infusion,was because this beautiful lady has touched lives,through her various social media platforms.She means different things to different people.This is also because she juggles so many roles.She started out as a Certified Pastoral Counsellor,with a Doctororate degree in Theology and a major in Christian counselling.She is a Certified Life Coach who has done extensive work in Marriage/Relationship counselling,sex Therapy,Juvenile delinquency & Spiritual and inner healing.
Dr.O is a certified Health & Wellness Coach,a licensed Alternative Medicine practitioner and a Neuromuscular Therapist. She is an ordained Reverend & Prophetess.
Nordica Facility Centre boss,Dr.Abayomi Ajayi came with his adorable wife,Olori Ranti. Iyalaje Oodua,Toyin Kolade & her husband brightened up the party.Member House of Reps. Hon.Dr.Bashir Daudu,representing Oshodi/Isolo Federal Constituency, came with his friend,Dr.Niyi Shillo.
The hall was filled up with members of Dr.O’s various groups like Audacious Women of Purpose & Intimate Issues with Dr.Olubusola,which was started in 2011 from her struggles,personal pain,experience and the freedom of leaving an abusive marriage.
There was a segment during the programme where 3 accomplished women,namely:Aderayo Busari,Defunke,and Fatima Ishaku spoke about their horrible experiences with domestic violence.The 3 domestic violence survivors advised women and men who are victims,to speak out.They also pointed out that the society we live in needs to help domestic violence victims by not stigmatising them.
They revealed how Dr.Olubusola saved their lives from domestic violence.
All the Speakers at the event commended the role Dr.Olubusola Oluwaferanmi is playing by teaching and empowering Women & Youth.She says her ultimate goal is to build a strong sense of community;to Reconcile,Build and Impact both adults and youths to live a Healthy Life.
