In a major development ahead of its 2025 grand finale, the Miss Motherland Nigeria Pageant has entered into a strategic partnership with top-tier property investment firm, Serenity Settlement Real Estate and Developer, in a bid to elevate cultural awareness and national unity among Nigerian women at home and in the diaspora.
Announced earlier today, the collaboration brings together two distinct yet aligned visions, cultural empowerment and community development. The pageant, known for promoting African heritage beyond mere beauty, will work with Serenity Settlement to spotlight tradition, identity, and youth empowerment through various activities tied to its annual contest.
“Miss Motherland is not just a beauty contest; it’s a cultural movement to celebrate and preserve African identity,” said Prince Timi Abiri, convener of the event.
Leading the corporate end of the partnership is Nnamdi Emmanuel Mba, CEO of Serenity Settlement, whose real estate empire spans Lagos, Enugu, and several other Nigerian cities. Mba, a staunch advocate for cultural preservation and wealth-building through real estate, described the move as a natural alignment of values.
“Real estate isn’t just about buildings; it’s about building legacies and preserving our roots. Partnering with Miss Motherland allows us to support a cause that celebrates where we come from,” Mba stated.
The 2025 edition of the pageant began in April with a press launch and will conclude on August 22 with a grand finale in Lagos, Nigeria’s cultural and creative epicenter. Contestants will take part in cultural exhibitions, creative challenges, and traditional showcases that reflect Africa’s diverse heritage. The winner will walk away with a brand-new car, among other top prizes.
The high-profile partnership signals a fusion of business and tradition, aiming to empower a new generation of culturally grounded and socially conscious African women.
