He is based in the US but is currently in Nigeria for the 2026 Run Conference, an annual Christian program. He is so popular that many pastors are inviting him to their churches. One of the recent invitations was from Pastor Poju Oyemade, who invited him to his church in Lagos. Even Pastor E.A. Adebajo spoke highly of him and how his message touched him. Presently, this young pastor has become a youth favorite. His impactful message and word of God are among his strengths.
Pastor Dolapo Lawal, affectionately known as Pastor Dolapo or simply “PD,”, represents a new generation of Christian leaders who seamlessly blend spiritual depth with digital-age communication. As the Lead Pastor of Zoe Household Global, a rapidly growing church with branches in Atlanta, USA, and Lagos, Nigeria, he has captured the attention of over 400,000 followers on Instagram and Tik Tok through his practical wisdom and spirit-filled teachings.
Pastor Dolapo’s spiritual journey stands as a powerful testimony of God’s transformative power. Raised as a Muslim, his conversion to Christianity marked the beginning of an extraordinary ministry that would touch lives across continents. His unique background provides him with profound insights into faith transitions and the journey of discovering one’s true identity in Christ.
He revealed how parents were able to accept that truly God’s anointing was in him. He said his younger sister was SS, and one day I saw her holding her legs, and you know SS, every part of their body is paining them. So if you ask her to tell you where it pains her, she can’t pinpoint, and with so much compassion and anger, I went to the room and I started praying in the spirit, and the Holy Spirit told me to lay my hand on her, and the sign that the prayer had been answered was that once I laid my hand on her, she would sleep. That was the sign God gave me, and I said okay. And immediately I laid my hand on her, she passed out; she slept. She woke up in the morning and everything was fine, and I said let’s go and do a genotype test. I am telling you how my family came to join my church. Because they would think it is youthful exuberance until you introduce power. They would say that’s another thing he’s using to whine away time; that he was just a small boy. We went to check, and SS turned to AS. They went to the next hospital and to the next hospital. It was the same result. My mom said I’m coming to your church. She came to my church and I said thank you Lord for this opportunity because I know if I touch her, she will fall, and I want her to know that things have changed. Mary gave birth to Jesus, but He is her God, and when she came, I laid my hand on her and she started manifesting. My mom was dancing on the floor. So we were in the car going home, driving her home. And she said this in Yoruba, “mi mo pe oni anointing” (I didn’t know you have anointing). And when she got home, she took her phone and started calling all her sick friends saying my son is performing miracles. And one of her friends who had fibroids, she said I should go and pray for her. And I went to pray for the woman. I know the fibroid disappeared when I received a money alert of 500 thousand naira then and I was still an undergraduate.
Currently, he resides in Atlanta Georgia, where he pastors Zoe Household Atlanta. Pastor Dolapo has distinguished himself through short-form content nuggets, anointed sermons, and worship songs that resonate with both young and mature believers. A graduate of the University of Lagos, he remarkably became a university lecturer at just 21 years old, demonstrating exceptional gifts.
His journey into Christianity remains one of the most compelling aspects of his testimony. Raised in a Muslim household, his encounter with Christ represented a divine intervention that would reshape his entire life trajectory. This conversion required courage, conviction, and unwavering faith, particularly considering the cultural and familial implications of such a decision in Nigeria. His background as a former Muslim gives him unique perspectives on religious tolerance, interfaith dialogue, and the transformative power of genuine spiritual encounters. This experience deeply influences his teaching style, which emphasizes a personal relationship with Christ over religious rituals or traditions.
This young pastor revealed how he was born again. When I gave my life to Christ as a Muslim, my parents didn’t mind because I was a bad child. I would wake up early in the morning and go to Yaba at 6 AM, around Westend. I don’t know if they are still there. That is where we would go to smoke. It was my ritual. One day I drank and drank, and I got home around 3 AM, and my mom told me to go back to where I came from. And that was how I went to a church to sleep, and that was how I became born again and gave my life to Christ. After I had given my life to Christ, I had one girlfriend in Ilorin then. She would lie to her parents that she was coming to Lagos on Sunday; she would be at my house on Friday. And when I gave my life to Christ, I called her and said that couldn’t happen again, but she said she had already told her parents about it. I told myself nothing would happen, but for the first time, what I usually did that didn’t bother me, I did it again, and I became ashamed of myself. My actions have not changed, but my mind has changed. That was when I knew what sin is all about.
The passion for God’s word that emerged after his conversion deepened progressively over the years. What began as personal spiritual hunger evolved into a calling that would eventually lead him into full-time ministry. His testimony serves as encouragement to many who struggle with identity questions or face opposition. After his conversion, Pastor Dolapo pursued academic excellence alongside spiritual growth. He enrolled at the prestigious University of Lagos, where he combined rigorous academic training with deepening biblical knowledge. His intellectual prowess became evident when he secured a lecturing position at the University of Benin at the remarkable age of 21. This early achievement in academia demonstrates the exceptional combination of intelligence, discipline, and dedication that characterizes his approach to both ministry and life. His academic background enriches his teaching ministry, enabling him to present biblical truths with clarity, precision, and intellectual depth.

His time as a university lecturer provided valuable experience in communication, teaching Methodology, and connecting with diverse audiences—skills that would later prove invaluable in his pastoral ministry. The ability to break down complex spiritual concepts into understandable principles remains a hallmark of his teaching style today. Pastor Dolapo is happily married to Pastor Temiloluwa Lawal, who serves as his ministry partner and confidant. Their marriage exemplifies the biblical model of partnership in ministry, with both spouses actively engaged in advancing the kingdom of God. Pastor Temiloluwa brings her own spiritual gifts and ministry calling to their shared vision. As Lead Pastor of Zoe Household Global, Pastor Dolapo oversees a vibrant, fast-growing church with expressions in two major cities across two continents. The Atlanta branch, located at 320 Riverside Pkwy 100A, Austell, GA 30168, serves as a spiritual home for believers seeking authentic biblical teaching and genuine community.
