She loves to teach and make many people realise their hidden talents.She is also a Realtor and a Real Estate coach.She is the founder of Reb360 Ltd. Recently, she told Citypeople her success story and journey into the exciting world of real estate. She says she is on a mission to change the narrative in that sector. Temitope Mark-Odigie is a lady of so many parts. Many know her as a TV personality, but she is also into real estate. A few days ago, Citypeople asked her how she got attracted to real estate business. Temitope, who is popularly called TMO, shared her unique path. She said she started as a brand ambassador for a real estate company. That was her first taste of the industry. After a few months, she realized that many potential customers faced challenges in the real estate market. When it became time to renew her contract, she made the bold decision to step away, driven by a desire for a deeper impact.In 2020, TMO ventured into agricultural real estate, particularly cashew plantations in Ogbomosho, which proved to be a rapid success. However, as 2021 approached, she sought a more sustainable and impactful approach to business. It was at a conference that she met mentors who shared their journey and their focus on empowering people through Money Management. TMO was inspired to take on a new mission.Her philosophy revolves around empowering people, with the knowledge of managing their money. Unlike traditional financial advisors who charge fees, she found a way to provide training for free, emphasizing financial discipline and investment in real estate.TMO, as she is, popularly called, acknowledges that Nigeria has tremendous untapped potential, and she strives to help people see opportunities where others might only see challenges. She strongly believes that investing in assets is a viable solution in the face of inflation, as putting money in the bank no longer provides significant returns. She urges Nigerians to invest in the country to foster growth and sustainability.Her presence on TV has been a significant asset in building her business. Real Estate 360 Ltd offers free training with commission opportunities for those who can sell their products, a strategy that she believes sets her apart.TMO’s key message to aspiring entrepreneurs is about mindset. She emphasises the fact that people see what they want to see and encourages individuals to train their eyes to recognize and see opportunities. This involves investing in books, mentorship, and training to take responsibility for their reality.When asked about her journey into Television, TMO’s story is one of unexpected opportunities. Although she studied sciences and originally had plans to be an entrepreneur due to her parents’ influence.Years back, she stumbled upon an audition notice, went for it, and found herself as part of the “Your View” team on TVC, where she could educate and inspire through her work.The publicity from her TV career has significantly benefited her business, offering a platform for her. She attributes her success in TV and real estate to her belief in divine guidance.Looking ahead, TMO’s focus is on innovating the real estate industry in Nigeria. She sees a need for change in the way buildings are constructed, emphasizing speed and affordability.
