Davido seems to be having a great year.
Eight months into 2018 and the international pop star has been on a total of 13 songs that have hit the airwaves.
The DMW boss has been on 4 international collaborations, featured on 7 songs with fellow Nigerian musicians and has dropped 2 solo tracks between January 1 and August 1, 2018.
For his international features he was on ‘Murdah’ by American musicians, Ricky Rick and Gemini Major, he also featured South African rapper, Cassper Nyovest on ‘Check On You’.
It did not end there, as he collaborated with another American artiste, A Boogie on the song ‘Way To Fly’ and Jamaican singer, Popcaan on ‘Dun Rich’.
For local collaborations Davido jumped on ‘Ada’ featuring DJ Ecool, ‘Doe’ featuring Larry Gaga, ‘Mind’ featuring other DMW artistes, ‘Gucci Gang’ by D’Prince and Don Jazzy, ‘Bobo’ by Mayorkun, ‘Aje’ featuring other DMW artistes and ‘Kpa’ by Dremo.
His current solo tracks for 2018 are ‘Flora my Flawa’ and ‘Assurance’, the song inspired by the love of his life, Chioma.
Even wining the BET Awards International Artiste of the Year, and The Headies Artiste of the Year has not ‘inspired’ Davido to slow down.
The singer has hinted that he would be dropping his third single soon, and his long-awaited sophomore album is expected to hit music stores before December.
