Nigerian music singer, Tiwa Savage is set to drop a new project, the Roc Nation signee and Mavin Records A-Lister, pulled an almost-Beyonce as the September 22 date for the release of the EP caught fans by surprise.
On naming it ‘Sugar Cane’, the singer explained that the sweetness of the songs on the EP birthed the title of the project.
She shared the photo and captioned it with:
Sometimes it’s the unplanned events that feels great the most … SURPRISE SURPRISE
I’ve been in such a good space and been recording some beautiful songs that we decided to share with you all. Music is beautiful and this EP feels and sounds so sweet that’s why we called it “SugarCane”
