Balogun Akin Oshuntokun Celebrates His 60th With A Lecture in Lagos.

On Thursday,16th, December 2021, Balogun Akin Osuntokun, the Great intellectual, celebrated his 60th birthday with a public lecture held at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, Victoria Island, Lagos.
It was a highly intellectual session. The opening prayer was done by Pastor Ituah Ighodalo. Gov Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State was the Chairman of the event. Dr Reuben Abati was the Guest Speaker at the public lecture tagged CONSISTENCY IN PUBLIC INTELLECTUAL ADVOCACY: A NIGERIAN CASE STUDY. He explained that being s public intellectual is not a destructive thing, but being consistent is to have Courage. The special guests at the event included Mr Jimi Agbaje, former President, Gen Olusegun Obasanjo, Her Excellency, Toyin Saraki, Aare Gani Adams, Professor Omole, Erelu Abiola Dosunmu, Dr Moses Ajaja, Prince Adedoyin Sijuade, Otunba Bimbo Ashiru, Professor Anya, Prince Julius Adelusi Adeluyi. They all felicitated with Balogun Akin Osuntokun on his 60th birthday The Nigeria Police band thrilled guests with melodious songs.
It was a classy event.
