A striking blue outfit. A confident pose. A group of women of different ages and body shapes share the same fashion spotlight. Let Love Lead is preparing to launch a clothing campaign that puts inclusion front and centre.
The new T-shirt and activewear line comes from Folajogun Akinlami, the Nigerian broadcaster, author and disability advocate based in Nottingham. For this launch, her message is expressed through the brand’s name and the women wearing its clothes: Let Love Lead.
Colour gives the collection an immediate presence. Its campaign features coordinated activewear in blue, purple, red, black and white, with different poses and styling choices bringing variety to the presentation. Some women stand; others sit or recline. Together, the images establish the collection’s identity around people who bring different looks and personalities to the clothes.
The campaign’s central phrase, inclusive activewear for every body, sets out the ambition behind the introduction. Let Love Lead wants its audience to recognise themselves within the brand’s world. It places the feeling of being welcome alongside the appeal of choosing an outfit.

The T-shirts broaden that invitation, giving the launch a place in casual dressing as well as activewear. Across the range, the name supplies a consistent message. It asks the wearer to connect their personal style with an idea of acceptance, while leaving room for individual expression.
The launch imagery gives that idea a clear visual form. A warm setting, a prominent logo and colourful coordinated outfits create a sense of occasion. At the centre are women whose different appearances help communicate what the brand means by inclusion. The campaign introduces the clothes through a shared space in which each person remains visible.
Akinlami’s earlier work helps explain the choice. She founded the Differently Abled Foundation in Nigeria in 2018 and has used broadcasting to draw attention to the achievements and experiences of disabled people. Her books Stolen Paradise and Phoenix: A Journey of Rebirth and Resilience, written as Vickie Banks, explore identity and resilience. Music and film have also formed part of her career, including co-production and soundtrack work on Ariwo Oja Parts 1 and 2.
Let Love Lead brings those interests into a customer-facing venture with a distinct product: clothing. The launch turns attention towards the people who will choose the T-shirts and activewear and make them part of their own lives.
The collection’s introduction is therefore about the pleasure of dressing as well as the meaning of representation. Colour, coordinated looks and personality provide the fashion appeal. The inclusive message gives the launch its purpose. Together, they introduce Let Love Lead as a brand inviting people to wear their confidence openly.
