Prof. (Mrs.) Oluyemisi Obilade the Keynote Speaker is the immediate past Vice Chancellor of Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijagun, Ogun State. She is a seasoned educationist and Professor of Adult Education and Women Studies, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife Nigeria. Until her appointment as Vice Chancellor, she was the Head, Continuing Education Department OAU. She holds B.Ed (History and English) in 1980, M.A. Adult Education in 1984 & PhD in Adult Education in 1992 all from OAU. She also holds Executive Business Educationon Certificates of the Harvard Business School and Cambridge University.
She was an International Women’s Federation Leadership Foundation Fellow and member in 2005/2006, and the HERSSA Grant Fellow and member. She belong to various professional bodies including Nigerian Council of Adult Education, Nigerian Society of Educators, International Sociological Association, Adult Education and Poverty Reduction Network, and Association for Women’s Right in Development (AWID), Canada.
Prof. ‘Kayode Oyesiku, the moderator was the pioneer Vice Chancellor, Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijagun, Ogun State and pioneer Executive Secretary, Ogun State Bureau of Tertiary Institutions. He received B.Sc. (Hons.) and MURP from University of Ibadan, his PhD from University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria, and M.A. in Development Studies from The Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, The Netherlands. He become a Professor in 1998 specialising in Transport Systems Planning and Management, Urban Planning and Quantitative Techniques. In 2004, he received a University award as Distinguished University Professor. He has written over 312 papers as journal articles, books, chapters in books, monographs, conference papers and distinguished guest presentations. He was an editor and co-editors of several international and national journals and served as on editorial board of several other scientific journals.
He is a Senior Fulbright Fellow and Visiting Professor to Virginia Polytechnic Institute and Sate University (Virginia Tech), Blacksburg, Virginia, USA, 1996-1997, and a Visiting Professor to University of Ibadan, Department of Urban and Regional Planning and Department of Geography, 2018-2020, and Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, 2011-2012. He later served as the Provost of College of Engineering and Environmental Studies, Ibogun Campus of Olabisi Onabanjo University. He is a was Deputy National President of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and Fellow of the Institute FCILT), Fellow and past President, Association of Nigerian Geographers (ANG), Fellow Nigerian Institute of Town Planners FNITP, Fellow, Chartered Institute of Transport Administration, FCIoTA, member of World Congress of Transport Research Society since 1992. He has been a consultant to Federal and States and international organizations in the areas of Transport Policy, and Planning Master Planning of Cities and Institutions and Sustainable Development.
Professor Segun Ajibola, PhD, FCIB is the Past President/Chairman of Council the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He holds a First Class B.Sc. Degree in Economics 1983; M.Sc. (Economics) 1986 and PhD in Economics (Specialisation: Monetary Economics) all from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University); LLB (Second Class Upper) from University of Lagos, 2001; BL 2003.
He is a Chartered Banker, ACIB (1997); FCIB (2006). He is also a Chartered Tax Practitioner (FCTI) and a CERD, UK Accredited Mediator. He is a Certified Risk Manager (Senior Associate) of Risk Management Association of Nigeria. He has aended international conferences, seminars and workshops in top rated institutions across the globe, including Harvard Business School, Manchester Business School, Albion College, etc.
He was previously the Head of Department of Economics, Banking and Finance in Babcock University; Dean, College of Postgraduate Studies and Dean, Caleb Business School in Caleb University, Lagos and currently a Professor of Economics, Babcock University, Ilishan, Ogun State. He is also serving the Nation in various capacities. He is a member of the Federal Government of Nigeria Technical Working Group (TWG) on Medium Term National Development Plan/Nigeria’s Agenda 2050 (Financial Sector and Capital Market) and member, Ekiti State Committee on Covid-19.

Prof. Adeniyi Sulaiman Gbadegesin is a former Vice Chancellor, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State & Professor, Department of Geography, University of Ibadan, Oyo State. He is a Biographer and Environment Risk Management specialist specializing in Land Resource Analysis and Management with emphasis on Soils and Gender Use of Natural Resources. He obtained B.Sc. (Hons) First Class Degree in 1979, M.Sc in 1981 and PhD in Geography all from the premier University of Ibadan, Ibadan.
He was first employed as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Geography, University of Ibadan in January, 1983 and became Professor of Geography on 01 October in 1999. Prof. Adeniyi Gbadegesin was a recipient of a number of awards and prizes among which are: the Nigeria’s Cocoa Marketing Board Scholarship Award, between 1977 and 1979; Departmental Prize for the best graduating student in Geography. University of Ibadan, Ibadan in 1979; University of Ibadan Postgraduate Scholarship Award (1980 – 1984); Third World Academy of Science (TWAS) Fellowship Award in 1991; Swedish Institute Guest Fellowship Award (1998 – 1999) and Claude-Ake Memorial Fellowship Award of Africa-America Institute, New York, USA in 2001. He was President, Association of Nigerian Geographers; Member, International Geographical Union; Member, International Society of Soil Science; Member, Society for International Development, Ibadan; Member, Ibadan Socio-Economic Group.
Professor Adegbemi Babatunde Onakoya PhD, FCA, FCIT, is a Visiting Professor (Business & Applied Economics) to Crescent University, Abeokuta and an Associate Professor (Macro Economics) at Babcock University Ilishan-Remo. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business and Applied Economics from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Nigeria. He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigerian Economics Society in addition to being an internationally certified expert in quality systems management and business transformation. Prof. Onakoya’s other professional affiliation includes the Chartered Marketing Institute of Nigeria. Prior to his full time appointment in the academia, Prof. Onakoya was the Secretary to the government of Ogun State, Nigeria (20/02/08 – 29/05/2011).
