On Sunday,19th September 2021, the Rotary Club of Ikeja GRA (District 9110) held the Investiture of Rotarian Olawuyi B. Abinibi as the 10th President of the Rotary Club of Ikeja GRA for the year 2021 – 2022, as well as the induction of 2021 – 2022 board members. It also held a fundraising for humanitarian service projects. City People Reporter, Titilope Oshunlalu, was present. She was there with photojournalist Sunday Oyemade. Below are gists from the event.
The event was anchored by Abajide Guerrero, Dotun Adesua, Rotarian Adeyemi. The event which took place at the Neca House in Ikeja, Lagos was a gathering of the creme-de-la-creme in the society. Broadband music thrilled guests with danceable songs and it was fun for everyone that attend. There was plenty to eat and drink. All these made the event a complete and classy Owambe to commence a new week.
MEET ROTARIAN OLAWUYI B ABINIBI
Olawuyi Tunde Idris is one of Nigeria’s most creative event stylists, with over 21 years of experience in the event/entertainment industry. He had successfully designed luxury events for multinationals and high network individuals to bring their special day to reality. He is an alumnus of Command Day Secondary School Ojo, Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago Iwoye. FATE Foundation, LEAP Africa and a few other floral training certifications. He has been presented with numerous awards, featured in several publications the wedding magazine, City People Magazine, the guardian newspaper etc. He has been a great asset and support to the Nigerian event industry and the world at large.
Tunde Abinibi Olawuyi is happily married to his wife Olutope Olawuyi and has a son Oluwatishe.
