The ancient town of Badagry was on lockdown on Saturday, August 28, 2021, as popular fashion Icon, Saheed Padonu buried his late father, Pa Mutoohir Padonu.
The popular designer, along with his siblings hosted families, friends, and business partners to honour a man of honour and substance, who passed on to glory at the ripe age of 72 at Idale Town Hall, Topo Idale, Badagry.
Speaking exclusively to City People, Mr. Saheed, the CEO of Saheeds Global Fashion Nigeria Limited, stated that baba will be missed for his generosity, free will to give, love, and caring. He was a man who had impacted positively on the lives of many.
“Our father can sacrifice his life for his children, he gives us all that we need whenever we call on him, and even in old age, he calls us regularly to advise us on life’s challenges and how to overcome them. He will be sorely missed”. He said.
