The super Eagles captain John Obi Mikel just completed his move to English Championship club Middlesbrough.
The movement was completed late on Tuesday after agreeing personal terms and passing his medical at the club.
He joins Middlesbrough from Tianjin Teda where he played for two years after leaving Chelsea.
This transfer is believed to be a free transfer after exiting the Chinese club, but reports say the Nigerian will be earning about 160,000 pounds weekly in his new club.
Mikel will join up with his new team-mates on Wednesday morning, according to The Sun.
