•Why Many Young People Rush To Their Churches.
Have you noticed that these days there are some young Pastors whose churches attract a lot of young people who throng there to worship. These churches are always filled to the brim on Sundays, with young worshippers, male and female. These churches hold 3 to 4 services on Sunday due to the huge membership they record at each service. The pastors of this youth oriented churches are very young, and they know what to offer the youth. Apart from preaching the workd of God to them they also imbue them with words of inspiration.
They teach them special skills that would enable them cope with todays world. From hearing the call to going into the ministry to pastoring a group of people and from organizing programmes to situation of their churches wherever they preferred, this set of young pastors have been able to found their space, voice and taken the gospel to a notch higher height with deeper faith. Many of these Pastors are urdane, refined,young and vibrant pastors who not only pastor a church but also do motivational speaking helping towards bettering the lives of their members especially the youth. Their churches have always been the most sought after because they champion a legion of youths who come together and praise God on their own with no rules or restrictions compared to other so-called old church.
They turn out in expensive suits and other outfits for their services which has been a module which is been followed by their members. Their churches parade a lot of single youths looking forward to getting hooked.They invite different gospel artists to their services making it a lot more fun for their members thereby making a difference. POJU OYEMADE
Poju Oyemade is the Senior Pastor of Covenant Christian Centre in Lagos. Pastor Lawrence onochie is also an author, public speaker and scholar. He is the lead pastor of The Kings Heritage Church in Ogba.He became born again in 1987 through the ministry of Bishop Mike Okonkwo at The Redeemed Evangelical Mission church after a delinquent lifestyle. In 1988, he pastored a fellowship called ‘The Royal Priesthood Family’ and further went on to become a pastor of ‘Youths Aflame Christian Outreach’ (YACO), a revolutionary youth ministry which was an amalgamation of three different youth ministries. he also served as the Pastor of ‘El-shaddai Club’, a campus fellowship in Anambra State University of Science and Technology.

Bolutife Oluyomi has a passion for developing leaders.His over 12 year’s career experience spans the area of Marketing, Management, IT and Human Capital Development. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Calabar, Nigeria. Pastor Bolu currently serves as an Associate Pastor in Daystar Christian Centre, Lagos, where he coordinates the Ministry Team.

Pastor Solomon Kpandei is an Associate Pastor and currently serves as Group Head, Human Resources and office management at Daystar Christian Centre Lagos.Prior to joining Daystar he has been a Management Consultant with over 10 years working experience in Business Development and Human Resource Management, having occupied management positions in these areas in different organizations. He is a regular facilitator at management retreats and training programmes for many corporate organizations and youths.He is married to Joan and they are blessed with children.

Victor Akinyemi has a Professional Diploma from the Business Education and Examination Council (BEEC) with specialization in Public Relations. Kayode Odutayo is passionate about helping people discover themselves and their place in life. He is the President of Dynamic Impact, an NGO through which he actualizes this passion. Tola Seedy is a much sought after public speaker and a capacity building trainer within Nigeria. He regularly addresses young people on various platforms across the nation and is on the board of various NGOs providing leadership and vision for the next generation.
