It was an event which capped up the grand traditional wedding which held in Kano at the Kano central mosque and Emir Sanusi’s palace. WEDDING GRAND FINALE TOOK PLACE IN IBADAN
The grand finale of the classy and showstopping wedding of Gov. Ajimobi’s son, Idris and Governor Ganduje’s daughter, Fateema’s we dding took place in Ibadan and it was a grand reception for the bride’s father who flew all the way from Kano. The party reception held at Agodi Gardens.
AGODI GARDENS WEARS A NEW LOOK
Though before the governor Ajimobi’s sons wedding,the biggest garden in Ibadan known as Agodi Botanical garden has been refurbished by his administration but it got alot better for the wedding because the wedding was expected to receive all the top notch individuals within the corridors of power in Nigeria. It was beautifully neated, cleaned and well decorated for the wedding.The entrance got another look totally and no activities took place at the gardens few days to the wedding.
ABOUT THE 3 FIRST LADIES WHO WORE THE SAME WHITE OUTFITS
The pretty wife of the Nigeria President, Aisha Buhari stormed the party in a big way and everyone accorded her the type of respect they will accord her husband.The simple but beautiful woman stormed the venue in the same outfit with the couples mothers,Florence Ajimobi and Hafsatu Ganduje.They all wore an all white stoned with precious stone aso oke and complimented it with their silver diamonds.

Popularly called Jagaban,Asiwaju Tinubu chooses the events he goes for and therefore when he was seen at Ajimobi son’s wedding,many knew that they are close allies.He came into the venue amidst jubilation and uproar as many party faithfuls and his loyalists were praising him till he took his seat. He came in to the wedding with close ally and friend of many years,Pius Akinyelure who is also one of APC chieftains.
VICE PRESIDENT, OSINBAJO WAS WITH HIS WIFE
When the arrival of the Vice President was announced,everybody wanted to catch a glimpse of the no 2 man in Nigeria. He was welcomed by the governor himself and made his way straight to the high table. He was seen chatting with Asiwaju Tinubu whom have been friends for over 20 years.He came in with his beautiful wife,Oludolapo and they also threw a lavish wedding for their daughter, Damilola in Abuja last week.

Oba of Lagos,Oba Rilwan Akiolu and the Alake of Egba Land,Oba Adedotun Gbadebo were also at the wedding. They came to play a royal fatherly role to the couple. They both sat together,while Oba Akiolu stunned in his usual white outfit,Alake opted for his usual royal garb, blue aso oke.

What do you expect when children of 2 governors are getting married?The wedding in Kano was graced by over 22 governors and this was also put to bear at the Ibadan the 2nd leg of the wedding. The wife of Nigeria’s president,Hajia Aisha Buhari is a lover of many people. She seldom attends Owambe but because of her position, she has been saddled with the responsibility of either attending on her own or on President’s behalf, the amazing First Lady whose husband was the Kano wedding came all the way from Abuja to felicitate with the grooms mother, Florence Ajimobi on her son’s wedding. Do we need to tell you that mama Bakassi, Sen Florence Ita Giwa is stylish? She is one of the style matriarchs of our time. She stormed the reception party midway and dazzled in a Lacey burgundy tulle outfit which enhanced her beautiful figure and glowing skin. She matched it up with a glam headgear and she looked less her age. Her neck was also brimming of a rose gold diamond jewelry. She cuts the attention as one of the most best dressed celebrities at the party.
WEDDING COLOURS WAS PINK AND BURGUNDY
The colours of the day was pink and burgundy.Both colour mix did justice to guests outfits as it came out nice on everyone. Many of the guests wore the pink aso ebi while the headgear which was the gele ebi sold was a mix of burgundy with a touch of pink. Bride’s friends also dazzled in another set of colourful pink aso ebi with a burgundy aso oke and cap.

The Chairman of Troyka Holdings which controls over 10 companies, Biodun Shobanjo was at the party. When Chief Shobanjo attends any event, then it is either they are close families or allies or an A list party. He was the wedding with his wife.

RECETION MARQUEE WAS A REPLICA OF WHITE HOUSE IN US
After passing through the water tight security men at the entrance and stepping into the venue proper,what comes to your face is a massive marquee which capacity was up to 3,000 guests,it was suitably mounted and looked like a replica of white house in the US. We gathered the design was shipped from abroad specially for the occassion,guests most likely forgot they are inside a marquee because it looks like a real house.The Governors daughter, Abisola who sits atop a luxury lifestyle company, AKD was behind all the designs.
