World famous football administrator, Amaju Pinnick wins NFF presidency election by 34 votes to Aminu Maigari’s 8 votes, Ogunjobi’s 2 votes and Chinedu Okoye zero vote.
He becomes the first Nigerian living or dead to return for the second term as president in the history of football in Nigeria since 1949.
Seyi Akinwunmi has been re-elected as Vice President of NFF with 41 votes while Sunday Dele Ajayi has 2 votes.
Meanwhile, Eyimba football club of Aba owner, Ifeanyi Ubah lived up to his words by withdrawing from the Chairman of chairmen race, therefore enabling Ibrahim Gusau’s return unopposed.
Furthermore, Musa Duhu joined Babagana Kalli as North East reps on the board; making far all incumbents return for continuity of the board.
