A Canada-based medical professional, public health expert, businessman and philanthropist Dr. Taiwo Olubanwo and his family are set to throw a 75th Birthday bash for his Father, a renowned educator popularly called “Baba Ijebu”, and “Baba Teacher”.
Dr. Olubanwo and his family are happy and thankful to God as they celebrate their patriarch, Pa James Olubanwo in style. Although born November 16th, 1947, a highly talked about Pa. Olubanwo’s birthday ceremony is scheduled to hold on Saturday, December 17th, 2022 in Ipari-Oke Town, Ijebu. The ceremony will be colourful as Gold and White have been chosen as the dress code.
Activities marking the day are Thanksgiving Service which will be held at St. Peter’s African Church, a Housewarming event and Reception party at the Events Place, and the future ‘O Arena’ in Ipari-Oke Town in Ijebu North-East LGA.
The celebrant, Pa. Olubanwo is a renowned and reputable educator who has contributed immensely to humanity. His proud son, Dr. Olubanwo a passionate philanthropist and the Chairman and CEO of Unicemed Consortium INC, BanwOil Petroleum LTD, Zenith City Hotels and many other notable organizations has in many ways touched lives at home and abroad.
In his hometown, Ipari-Oke in Ijebu North-East LGA, Dr. Olubanwo and his lovely wife, Kemi donated a new electric transformer to ensure they wade off the epileptic power supply. Also notable among many other philanthropic offerings – communities in Nigeria have largely benefited from Health & Wellness Outreaches, Free Healthcare Services, Free Medication distribution, Free Food distribution, Empowerment and Community Development Projects through a Canadian-based NGO he had co-founded.
With a strong passion for helping the needy, Dr. Olubanwo and his wife Kemi have embarked on the noble mission which is to promote positive change in the lives of people living in poverty in Nigeria and Africa. He does this through the Regal Wellness Foundation INC. in collaboration with Unicemed Consortium INC., Canada.
