At the last Ojude-Oba Festival in Ijebu-Ode, a lot of Ijebu Super Big Boys stormed the event. There was Otunba Bimbo Ashiru, the new Chairman of Oodua Group and his elder brother Otunba Prof. Oluwatoyin Ashiru. Both are Awujale’s Otunbas. Otunba Bimbo is the Otunba Adeona Fusigboye Ijebuland and his brother is the Otunba Moyegeso.
There was Oba Awujale’s eldest son, Adedire Adetona who recently turned 60. He looked dashing.
There was also Chief Lekan Osifeso, the Olotu-Olowa/Madasa of Ijebuland. He is a valued member of the Council of Awujale Chiefs of Ijebuland. He is a giant.
There is also Otunba Abdulfalil Abayomi Odunowo, the Otunba Obalewu and his brother, Otunba Alhaji Abdularahman Abiola Odunowo, who is the Otunba Olotuneso of Ijebuland.
