On Tuesday 31st January, 2023 at the Eko Hotels & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, the 2023 Fellows’ Induction Ceremony of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV) was held.
The NIESV is a non-profit, voluntary, professional organisation set up in 1969 to cater for the interests of the landed profession in Nigeria.
The institution has 29 branches and is made up of professionals who are into Estate Management & Real Estate related issues.
The following distinguished gentlemen were recently made fellows: ESV Toyin Aluko, the National Publicity Secretary of the Institution, ESV Hamilton Dieme Odom (the Chairman of the Rivers Branch of the Institution for the last 3 years, ESV Rasheed Abimbola Onisabi (who has been actively involved in the running of the Institution.
There is also ESV Idowu Olusegun Rotimi (who runs his practice); ESV Richard Olodu; ESV Yemi Olugbile; ESV Ugo Ejim, ESV Alhaji Abdulazeez Bello, ESV Esthiet Inokan Samuel, ESV Samson Oboli, ESV Wasiu Abiodun Lawal; ESV Ikpo Ulu Onwuka (who has put in over 35 years of industry experience in Estate Surveying and Valuation Practice. There is also ESV Wakama Thopson Iniperitiari (an accomplished real estate player), ESV Olugbenga Collins Rotimi, ESV Ifeanyichukwu Ijeomah, ESV Augustine Odinachi Ucheike (fondly called Oracle by his colleagues). He is the current Chairman of Abia State Branch of the Institution.
