When Mrs. YEWANDE NIKE AWOTE Celebrated Life @ 50

Saturday 8th of April, 2017 was a remarkable day at FM Event Center, 19 Joel Ogunnaike Street, Ikeja GRA, Lagos, as a London-based big babe, Mrs Yewande Nike Awote, the elder sister of Dr. Oyeleke Ajiboye (Efficacy Construction Company), celebrated life at 50.
The birthday celebration was well attended by who is who in the society and it was strictly by invitation. City People’s Senior Reporter, ISAAC ABIMBADE was there to give you the hot gist.
The hall was beautifully decorated with pink and white. While family, friends and close relatives to the Celebrant were gorgeously dressed in gray outfits.
The celebrator, Mrs Yewande was the cynosure of all eyes. The beautiful lady was in a gown, embedded with bead gold and she looked so radiant as she dazzles with well-wishers, who came from far and beyond. The celebrator was indeed in a happy mood, as she welcomes guests and friends with smiles. The event was officially kick started with praise and worship. Honorable Justice Atinuke led the opening prayer, at around 1: pm.

ALEX OSHO WAS THE MC
Alex Osho, who is popular known for hosting big event was the anchor of the celebration and he lived up to the billing.

DR. OYELEKE AJIBOYE (EFFICACY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY WAS EVERYWHERE
Dr. Oyeleke is the younger brother of Mrs. Yewande, who happened to be the Celebrant of the day. This handsome dude was present with his amiable wife, Mrs Damilola Ajiboye.
Dr. Oyeleke is the MD of Efficacy Construction Company, a real estate company that has carved a big niche for itself. Recently, it diversified into many businesses, including agriculture which has been a big success so far.
Dr. Oyeleke ensures the 50th birthday celebration of his lovely sister remains the talk of the town, as he quietly coordinates the media, photographers and smooth running of the program.
Joshua Ajiboye, who is the niece of the celebrator was later called on stage to lead in the singing of hymn and reading of Bible….

GENERAL OVERSEER OF EL-SHADDAI COVENANT CHURCH WAS PRESENT.
Dr. Ovibioise James, the General Overseer of El-Shaddai Covenant Church was on spot. He was called to give a sermon. In his sermon, he acknowledged that the celebrator is a born again Christian and she should always be grateful and happy for all she has. But the man of God pointed out the importance of prayers, respect for parents and always be ready to help someone.

PRINCE DELE AJIBOYE WELCOME ADDRESS.
Prince Dele is the older brother of the celebrator, Mrs Yewande Nike. He is also a London based. He works there as a Civil Engineer. Prince Dele, politely welcome guest, friends, family and well-wishers into the midst and also acknowledge how important the celebrator is to him.

CELEBRATOR, YEWANDE WAS USHERED INTO THE HALL
Shortly after the first session of the event, which was all about thanking, praising and acknowledging God for His wonderful works on the Celebrator’s life, the second half of the event started as Mrs. Yewande was ushered in by her siblings, friends, and family into the hall. This was done to officially opened the second part of the event which was all about fun, dance, and merriment. ‘Woju’ by Kiss Daniel was played to usher in the Celebrant. She did not disappoint though, as she took to the dancing floor in her expensive carton color lace outfit, matched with chocolate headgear, looking glamorous and shining.

MRS. TINA AJIBOYE ALSO DID WELL.
Mrs Tina Ajiboye is the wife of Prince Dele Ajiboye, (elder brother of the celebrator). This gorgeous lady was everywhere, making sure guest were well attended to.

MRS BUKOLA ADENIYI WAS AT HER BEST.
Miss Bukola Adeniyi is a good friend of the celebrator, no doubt! This elegant lady was at the event early, arranging chairs, planning smooth running of the programme and welcoming quest to the hall.

SPEECH BY MR AJIBOYE, CELEBRATOR’S FATHER.
Mr. Ajiboye says, he has a strong bond with his daughter. The father revealed they are staying time in Ibadan, according to him “when we were still in Ibadan, there was a day I was coming back from work and immediately Yewande saw me, she rushed to the kitchen to prepare my food and that has not stopped since then. My daughter is so caring and I wish her best in life”, he concluded.
Also spoke is Prince Dele, who said his sister is always supporting her since their primary school days in Ibadan.

CUTTING OF CAKE
The cake was cut shortly after they asked everyone to spell JESUS. It was a very beautiful day, designed for the Celebrator.

MRS. YEWANDE (CELEBRATOR) SPEAKS
She tagged her message “I broke the curse”. It was a remarkable moment, as she revealed what life has taught her at 50. she said 5 years back, at age 45, the devil did try but God prevailed. She said, her mom died at age 45, so when she clocked 45 many people told her she might not live beyond that age. So, during that period, she was so ill and she was also beaten up in Nigeria that when she got back to London she developed a headache and had to be operated. But she thanked God because she is now 50 and God has enabled her to break that curse.
When City People went closer and asked how she feels at 50, she quickly said, I don’t feel I’m 50, I feel I’m in my 20 and she said she was happy to see the day.

MRS DAMILOLA AJIBOYE ALSO DAZZLES.
Mrs. Damilola is the pretty wife of real estate tycoon, Dr. Oyeleke Ajiboye, the Chairman of Efficacy Construction Company. The beautiful lady was every corner to ensure the event went as planned. She was looking beautiful in her outfit.
