He spare headed the inauguration concert which had over 3000 in attendance where many won a lot of prizes and were also treated to good music. It was one of Seyi’s innovation as his father takes the baton as Nigeria’s President, before then he has held many youth affiliated programme sensitizing the youth about the just concluded elections on how youth can be actively involved in his father’s dispensation. For many months before the elections, one name that has keep recurring on the lips of many political associates or loyalists of the President is that of Seyi. Without seeing Seyi, it will be difficult for you to get the attention of his Dad.
Give it to Seyi, he has mastered the game over a short period of time and he is currently playing it out big time. For any group or movement to stage any campaign for his father then, Seyi must be involved, if not such group will not be recognized. Seyi practically became the toasts of many party stalwarts and loyalists within a short period of time. Infact Everbody wants to become Seyi’s friend now. He was the arrow head of his father’s campaign that virtually all the states in Nigeria that the APC campaign were flagged off, Seyi was always the centre of attraction. He did not just coordinate, he participated in all the programmes lined up for the event. He equally served as a bridge between his father and the public as a whole. He is always at the fore front of any political campaign and well recognized at that.
Seyi Tinubu was known as an entrepreneur, father and husband to the most loving wife, Layal Tinubu. He is the CEO of an out-of-home advertising company, Loatsad Promomedia Ltd, Patron to STL Polo Team and Member of the Board of several organizations but at this period, Seyi launched out.
Currently, Seyi has begun to raise the bar again, this time, in the area of politics.Seyi’s focus has been on the youths. So far, he has found few hindrances. In fact, because of him, his father, President Tinubu is got more young people admitted to his camp and looked forward to work with Seyi to make things better for everybody.
In this new light, Seyi’s mediation is proof that he has a future in representative politics. He is always meeting with people from the different sectors in Nigeria. From entertainment, to politics, to business and others. He has always played a vital role in drawing up his father’s strategy and parleying many people from different sectors. He has always done this to consolidate his father ambition then.
There is no question about Seyi’s brilliance. Anybody that knows anything about him knows that he inherited that visionary faculty that made his father stand out. Even so, Seyi’s mild-mannered disposition makes him even more of a magnet than President Asiwaju so that people do not even pretend to blush when they ask for favours from Seyi.
As to why anybody would ask favours from a humble, laid-back family man, it is simple: Seyi has inherited some degree of influence in Lagos. There are several reasons for this influence. The most apparent one is the fact that Seyi’s father,is now the president. As the son of a president, this is a time that Seyi can call for winds and storms, especially in Lagos, the city he grew up in and loves.
But that is not all. Apart from his father’s influence, Seyi seems to have done well for himself. As the CEO of the prominent advertising company, Loatsad Promomedia Ltd, Seyi’s influence in the marketing industry in Nigeria is not small. Moreover, as a frontline member of the STL Polo Team, his social skills suggest excellence.
Seyi can be described as an all-around influential person. Some would say that he has become something of a power broker. Even though his personality runs along with such, there is nothing he can do about it as people are hell-bent on asking for his help with many political things.
He has the ears and eyes of his father. He worked for his father’s victory. He inaugurated the youth campaign organisation and led the youth Match, he held a massive rally in Kano State in support of his father towards the election. Also the Eko Youth Walk, organized by Tinubu support groups. It is obvious, Seyi is now the next big thing to happen for the youth in politics.

Seyi has been at the tiller of the companies’ merger with Promomedia back in 2016, which saw the company opening up its portfolio of services by incorporating digital advertising to its services. Seyi started by attending St Saviours School in Lagos, before moving to the UK where he attended Homewood House School for his primary education and then went ahead to Milton Abbey before enrolling at Lincoln University. However he later attended the university of Maryland in Baltimore where he obtained a B.A in 2008. In 2010, he then proceeded to University of Buckingham where he graduated with LLB, Bachelor of Law.
Upon graduation, he returned to Nigeria and attended Law school before being called to bar in 2013. While in law school, he took up positions as intern at Oando Plc. He has also bagged a masters degree from the University of Buckingham in Corporate and Commercial Law.
Seyi’s love and passion for nation building and helping the underprivileged gave birth to TELD NGO founded in 2005. He is also the coordinator of President Bola Tinubu Foundation which was founded in 2012. The foundation focused on training, education, and hunger alleviation among Nigerians. For his competence and great achievements at such young age, Seyi has been rewarded with several awards.
