The all-round three-bedroom flat apartment is named ICE EMPIRE SIGNATURES, a name curbed from his record label ICE EMPIRE RECORDS.
The luxurious apartment is a few minutes’ drive from the local airport, situated in the heart of Abule Egba at 212, Olaniyi Street is indeed a home away from home.
the grand opening was all star-studded as the environment was filled with pioneers and veterans in the Nigerian entertainment industry such as Jaga Jaga crooner Eedris Abdulkareem alongside Mike Pam aka Mawu Mawu soldier, Ruggedy Baba, Tony Tetuila, Azadus, Jazzman Olofin, Grand Master Lee, Adx Odende of the defunct group Artquake among others as the live musical performance was served by Godo Kayode Moses and his band to lighten up the moments.
Ice K in his words made us understand the home away from home apartment’s creation was beyond business, it is specially designed mostly for fun lovers and travellers for their comfort after a long flight, “all and sundry are welcome to have their share of the luxury planted therein” Ice K stated.
