Omobabinrin Adeola Osideko (MSc, FCCA, CPA) is one of the most powerful women in Africa who have helped create a thriving society where equality duly prevails. She is one of the inspirational women of today, the women who are going further, doing more, and breaking barriers to give people the courage to forge ahead on their seemingly rough road to success.
 
Her growing up was a mix of struggle, tenacity, and dedication guided by definite direction right from when she was still young.
 
She was born in Osogbo but her parent relocated to Ibadan Oyo State where she grew up and had all her education including her first job before she later moved to Lagos
 
She lost her father at a very tender age and this makes her childhood journey a bit rough.
 
She attended the prestigious University of London, where she obtained her MSc in Accounting.
Today, she is a trained Accountant with multiple qualifications from Nigeria, Canada, and United Kingdom. Outside her regular job, she also doubles as a Finance consultant with a strong clientele base.
Her passion for writing, teaching and public speaking is what launched her into what she does presently as a Coach, Speaker, and Branding Consultant.
 
 
Adeola is a Personal Development Coach and a Branding Expert. Adeola is an international speaker. She is the Licensed Organizer of TEDxBingerville and she has successfully organized a TEDx event in Bingerville. Bingerville is a city in Abidjan Cote d’Ivoire in the western part of Africa where she lives with her family.
 
She is an Author who has written 6 published Authors and 14 e-books and has coached over 10,000 people in Personal Development and Branding.
 
Currently, Adeola is the Principal Partner of Crystal Edge Professional Services a Lagos-based training and brand consultancy company.

Her major project she’s currently running in Nigeria is Crystal Edge Professional Services. The platform is recognizing influential business strategists, leadership experts, brand influencers and motivational speakers, who are changing the change in the corporate and business space.
 
Crystal Edge Professional Services is a human capacity development outfit. It has 2 online schools namely PCD Academy and My Branding Academy where individuals are trained in personal development and branding respectively.

Her inspiration to initiate the brand was borne out of her passion to guide business owners to get it right in terms of branding. The brand also recognizes business organizations that have done commendably well in the corporate space amidst the unstable economic situation of the country. Crystal Edge has been in operation since 2020. Close to 2 years now.
 
Crystal Edge considers consistency, Innovation and brand trust in her scorecard before companies are recognized, nominated, and awarded.

The brand has recognized and awarded no fewer than 40 indigenous corporate businesses and has helped over 300 SMEs grow their businesses and helped them to compete in the business space.
